Why Power-Core 360?

learn it turn it crush it

Learn It - The Mind

Before an athlete's body can perform the correct power hitting mechanics, the mind (brain) has to have a clear picture or understanding of the complete and correct body movements.

Using proven proprietary Power-Core 360 (PC 360) teaching methods, we first ensure that each athlete understands the desired movements in their mind before they can rapidly develop the correct body movements or muscle memory.

Learning Styles

Most young athletes will tell you that they prefer to learn by seeing and feeling the desired power hitting movements, as opposed to traditional telling or auditory teaching methods used by so many coaches.

Using the PC 360 accelerated teaching methods, athletes learn the desired movements faster by seeing them first.

Turn It - The Body

Once the desired movements are clear in the athlete's mind, learning is accelerated by having each athlete actually FEEL the correct rotational body movements as they turn the body in the correct biomechanical sequence and perform the correct power hitting movements.

Hitting System

The patent-pending PC 360 harness system is worn by each athlete to speed learning! Each athlete wears a hip and torso harness which allows each and every athlete to feel the desired movements as the harness system helps each athlete's body move correctly.

Crush It - The End Result

It's now clear in the athlete's mind what to do; using the PC 360 harness system and following the PC 360 teaching progressions, they've felt and repeated the correct body movements...the end result - the athlete can immediately hit the ball harder and safer by turning the body in the correct biomechanical sequence - to Crush It!
