Rob Beam - Oakland University Women's Volleyball Head Coach

“The Power-Core 360 is without question the single most effective, and important, piece of training equipment in our gym.  With the women’s game increasingly becoming more about offensive production, athletes must be able to score offensive points.  The Power-Core 360 teaches an efficient and safe body mechanics that will increase kinesthetic awareness and attack velocity.  In just a few sessions our players were hitting more efficiently and with more power!”

Nick Cheronis - University of Florida Women's Volleyball Associate Head Coach

Four years ago I approached our baseball pitching coach and asked him, "How do we get our players to hit it harder AND safer?" He told me that was the million dollar question in baseball too. Two years ago I was introduced to the Power-Core 360, and I had finally found a device that taught both. The Power-Core 360 allows the athlete to feel using her entire body to generate power through hip and shoulder rotation without any instruction. That translates to greater arm speed and less wear and tear on the rotator cuff.

In this day and age of restricted training time, whether it is through rules or facility availability, The Power-Core 360 allows rapid improvement through the athlete "feeling" the change. Ultimately, an athlete has to feel the difference before she can make the changes. This device is made for that kind of training impact.

John Dunning - Stanford University Women's Volleyball Head Coach

For 35 years I have worked with athletes of varying ages, levels of ability and skill development. During that time one of the most challenging skills to teach has been the arm swing in attacking and serving. It is easy to develop a philosophy, but often times difficult to get carry-over in teaching the skill, understanding the application of the skill and the related physical development to support the skill. This year we began to add the Power-Core 360 into our training sessions and the "light went on," as the athletes immediately began to "feel" what they already "understood."

Chris Green - University of Alaska Anchorage Women's Volleyball Head Coach

The Power-Core 360 has been a real asset to our volleyball program.  We've used it this past season and now again this spring.  It really helps our athletes "feel" the use or their core muscles in order to hit more powerfully.  The results have been good and some have been immediate.  Having Billy in our gym through a webcam has really helped us this spring working with our coaches to facilitate proper product use and to maximize learning through our coaches to our players.

Tom Hilbert - Colorado State University Women's Volleyball Head Coach

“I am always amazed at how little college players use their core in the sport of volleyball as they enter our program. The Power-Core 360 Hitting Harness is the best way to teach young players how the hips and the core play a major role in hitting power. Just a few sessions in the harness is all it takes for some players to have a moment of discovery and improve their hitting mechanics permanently. The harness also creates a healthier hitting motion that will keep shoulder injuries down.”

Jim Miret - Front Range Volleyball Club Head Coach

When it comes to teaching the hitting skill sequence of attacking, I am amazed by this training aide. We have seen immediate improvements in skill as well as increased power after using the Power-Core 360 Hitting System after just one session. It is the most effective attack training aide I have ever seen...

Terry Pettit - NCAA Championship Volleyball Coach and Hall of Fame Inductee

"Billy Glisan not only understands the role of the hips in rotational sports better than anyone I know, with the Power-Core 360 he can teach and get the athletes to feel the dynamic use of the hips better than anyone I know."
