Distance, Accuracy, Consistency...

For the club to work correctly, first the body has to do it's job...it has to move correctly!

To hit the ball consistently further and straighter requires: 1) leg stability, 2) pelvic control and 3) an "on-plane" shoulder turn. Read more...

Watch the following videos to learn how the Power-Core 360 Golf Distance System immediately teaches these body movement requirements:

Let's Keep It Simple!

Body First!

When the correct body movement occurs, it's a whole lot easier for the golf club to do its job, without much manipulation from the arms and hands.

When the body movement is correct, the on-plane turn of the shoulders, pulls the club shaft and club-head down through the ball. This pulling movement creates great forces which then squares the club-head at impact separation.

Many amateur golfer's suffer from inconsistency, lack distance and accuracy. Often times this is due to three main body-related factors:

  1. Poor stability
  2. Poor pelvic feel and control
  3. Off-plane shoulder turn

Stability

Many golfers' problems start at the feet. They don't anchor their feet into the ground (especially the right foot for a right handed golfer) . As a result, in the backswing their weight shifts outside of their right foot and this sets up many swing flaws which would be avoided with stable feet and legs (to keep their weight inside their right foot).

Pelvic Feel & Control

For the downswing to be consistent and powerful, a golfer has to learn the feel for how to stretch and load into his/her muscles around the pelvis. When these muscles stretch and load correctly, they will work almost automatically to start the downswing.

Many amateur golfers don't know how to load into their pelvic muscles so they often use predominantly their arms and hands to swing the club. For most amateurs, the arms and hands are not very reliable and consistent, especially under when they are nervous and the muscles of the arms and hands become tense.

On-Plane Shoulder Turn

Most amateurs do not understand the importance of getting their shoulders on-plane.

Too much attention has been focused on getting the club shaft on-plane, which leaves many amateurs trying to get the shaft on-plane by using the arms and hands to try and place the shaft and club-head in the correct position.

The fact is that when the shoulders turn (more specifically are pulled) on-plane, the plane of the shoulders will dictate the plane of the shaft. So learn how to pull your shoulders on-plane and many typical swing problems will be corrected and ball contact, distance and accuracy will immediately improve!

How to Accelerate Learning

Understanding

Before you can "groove" a correct swing, you have to first understand what you want your body to do...your brain has to completely understand what it needs to tell the muscles and body to do! Too many amateur golfers want to hit the ball consistently, powerfully and accurately but their brain hasn't truly learned (hasn't been programmed correctly) with many of the basic ball striking concepts they need to understand before they can get their body to consistently perform a good swing...

Feel

Golf movements are learned the fastest when we can feel the correct movements of the body in real-time! Video is great to see what you did occasionally, but if you want to make accelerated improvements to your body movements and swing, you have to work in real-time to feel (and see for many people) what you want your body to do as you're doing it!

Power-Core 360 Golf Distance System

While many individuals buy the latest driver, wedge or other technology to hit the ball straighter, further and more consistently, many good golfers will tell you you can't buy a swing. Billy Glisan has combined his expertise in teaching, coaching and exercise science into the Power-Core 360 Golf Distance System. This remarkable product focuses on training the golfer's brain and body to consistently perform the movements of a repeatable, powerful and accurate golf swing.

The product immediately gives a golfer the feel for how to 1) increase leg stability, 2) feel and control the pelvis and 3) turn the shoulders on-plane.
